If you cancel an annual plan partway through, you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
No. Every plan includes a lifetime price lock. As long as your subscription stays active, the rate you sign up at is the rate you keep, even if our published pricing increases later.
The lifetime lock applies to renewals on every plan, including the Year 2+ rate on Plan 03 (Enterprise + Keynote).
No. All future upgrades are included on every plan. When we ship new tools, new analyses, new integrations, or new AI capabilities, your subscription gets them automatically at no additional cost.

We can’t train a useful GPT on scanned images, screenshots of slide decks, or visual-only diagrams. If your content lives in those formats, it needs to be converted to text first.
Yes. Custom GPTs are built on Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and Perplexity through their paid API endpoints. Data sent through paid API endpoints is not used to train these models. Your content stays yours.
Setup: 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of source materials, depending on the volume of content.
Setup fee: None. Setup is included in the $2,000 / year price (or in your Plan 03 if you’re on Enterprise + Keynote).
Refresh: Quarterly content refreshes are included. Send updated docs, we re-ingest and update. More frequent refreshes are available at an additional fee.
You purchase the Enterprise License for the Intel Engine online, and this includes the Custom GPT. The keynote fee is invoiced separately following completion of the keynote program.
For in-person keynotes, travel and lodging are billed separately, and you have two payment options: we can bill direct costs, or you can pay a flat $1,500 travel fee. Virtual keynotes have no travel fee.
